Atrebor (Roberta Sedocco) è un’artista italiana.

Dal 2007 approfondisce la sua ricerca espressiva attraverso l’esplorazione delle tecniche pittoriche, per arrivare all’attuale sperimentazione sospesa fra oggettualità e creatività. La materia e l’oggetto raccontano un soggetto che non si vede ma si avverte, e si estende, sempre presente, arricchendo con la sua eco la già presente commistione di linguaggi. Indumenti vuoti respirano, descrivendo una presenza, si levano ironici e delicati, apparentemente dimenticati davanti agli occhi dell’osservatore. L’emotività lascia spazio a una leggerezza che possiede una particolare profondità, si leva dall’oggetto indiziale come una corrente delicata, avvolgente, colorata da un monocromo che deriva da una mescolanza, da un movimento esso stesso, la pennellata unita al fruscio della stoffa, al mormorare di un suggerimento, dal porsi di un enigma delicato e, tuttavia, potente. Non è l’oggetto il protagonista della figurazione. Ne è, piuttosto, lo strumento, usato attraverso una personalissima rivisitazione di tecniche e schemi compositivi, riconoscibile, coerente, miracolosamente fresca.

Since 2007, she had been developing her expressive research through the exploration of the painting techniques, to land, finally, on the current experimental horizon suspended between objectivity and creativity. The subject and the object melt themselves to describe an individual, a person that is unseen but has to be felt without any doubt, extending and enriching the mixture of visual languages. The empty clothes breathe and flow, describing a presence, ironic and delicate at the same time. The emotion gives way to a lightness that has a particular depth, and rises from the objects - the clues - as a gently current, showing a monochrome that results from a mixture , from a movement, harmonically played along with the swish of the brushstrokes, the veils, the suggestion of an enigma. The object is not the protagonist. It is a tool, observed and then used by a personal review of technical and compositional patterns. A vision that appears always recognizable, consistent, miraculously fresh.
